A former Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Oak Ridge Associated Universities, Eboni also shares her legal expertise as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Law, teaching courses on contract drafting and management. Frank James brings over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development — both as a U.S. Army Captain and in the private sector. During his military service, he led strategic personnel operations and large-scale workforce planning. After transitioning to civilian life, he climbed the ranks in HR leadership, most recently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Inhabit, a fast-scaling tech company. With a strong command of recruiting, compliance, and team development, Frank helps clients build strong, values-driven organizations from the inside out.
