Bailey Foster is the founder of Real Good Kitchen and its nonprofit partner, Real Good Kitchen Foundation. A Knoxville native, she brings global experience from publishing, grocery, and tech back home to build food-centered community and opportunity. Bailey serves on the Mayor’s Maker Council, a Leadership Knoxville Class of 2024 alum, and a 2026 Executive MBA candidate at the University of Tennessee.
